Can I charge my mail or phone order using a credit card?
Right now we can only accept charge cards online through PayPal's Express Checkout service.

Sorry, we do not accept COD orders.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
Seeds for Change Wellness is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for product orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Pennsylvania. The applicable sales tax for the State of Pennsylvania is 6%.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, Seeds for Change Wellness ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Seeds for Change Wellness ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.
Who do you use to ship orders?
We ship orders via the USPS. All product items include a shipping and handling charge built into the cost.
Can I have my order shipped to a Post Office Box?
Yes, your order can be shipped to a PO Box. Please be sure to include a phone number or e-mail address where you may be reached in case we have a question about your order.
What are your shipping and handling rates?
Shipping and handling rates are built into the cost of each product. At this time, this appears to be the simplest way to handle the variety of products, since we are not able to calculate products individually.
Is my order insured?
All orders totaling $100 or over are insured using the USPS insurance rates. This will appear on your checkout screen as a shipping cost because I can not change the text to read Insurance on your bill.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Though most orders are delivered within 7 days, please allow 2-4 weeks delivery,especially during the busy holiday season.
What is your refund policy?
Personal Harmonizers are NOT returnable. Seeds for Change Wellness will accept the return of other merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification of your intent to return an item is within 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. We will issue credit to your account or send you a check if payment was made by check or money order once the merchandise is returned.
For unwanted merchandise and exchanges, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
What about Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise?
Seeds for Change Wellness will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a product selection error. As with a returned or exchanged item, you must notify Seeds for Change Wellness within 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT of your order if you are returning an item that was received in damaged condition. For merchandise received due to a product selection error, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
